Adriana Guevara
Adriana Guevara received her degree in ESL with a minor in English Literature from the Universidad nacional De Cuyo, Mendoza Argentina in 1998. In 2000, she received a certificate for medical Interpreting and Translation from Universidad del Aconcagua. In 2001, she completed several courses in Media Terminology, Legal Translation and Community Services Translation and Interpreting at the University of Minnesota. In 2003, she took the training course for federal court interpreters at the University of Arizona and the Training of Trainers in 2006. She has designed and taught several workshops for medical and legal and trilingual interpreters.
Alaina Webb
Alaina Webb has worked as an interpreter since 1989. She currently holds Texas Level IV, Masters, and Court certifications, and the NIC Advanced. Alaina has worked in a variety of interpreting settings including medical, legal, mental health, educational, video-relay, and many others. She has taught at Texas Woman's University and Tarrant County College, and has served as a mentor for over 15 years.
Alex Jackson Nelson
MA Candidate, BS, NIC; Alex Jackson Nelson is a Master of Social Work student at Gallaudet University, B.S., Certified NIC; Alex has twelve years of experience working for the Gay, lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning and/or Intersex (GLBTQI) community. Alex has been educated as a Master Trainer through the National Association of Social Workers and Lambda Legal. he provides training to service providers on cultural competency when working with GLBTQI people. Alex has direct service experience, was the executive director of non-profit youth agency and has worked in the public policy arena. He has been employed part-time as a professional sign language interpreter for seven years.
Anna Witter-Merithew
M.Ed., CSC, SC:L, OIC:C, SC:PA, CI/CT; Anna Witter-Merithew is the Director of the MARIE Center of the NCIEC, located at the University of Northern Colorado. She serves as the lead for the NCIEC legal Interpreting and Interpreting in VR Settings workgroups. Anna earned a Master's degree in Education from Athabasca University with emphasis in instructional design and distance learning. She holds various certificates awarded by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, is a past President and Vice President of RID, past Vice President and co-founder of CIT, and authored numberous publications.
Austin Andrews
CI, CT, NIC Master, BEI Master, is widely recognized as the Deaf Ninja storyteller. Born into a deaf family and raised in Rochester, New York, Austin has been interpreting professionally since 1997. After working for over 4 years as the Head Trainer of two different VRS providers, Austin established Awti Productions, supplying interpreting, workshops, and vlogs (www.awtiproductions.com). Having specialized in presenting an NIC Interview workshop for 4 years (The NIC Interview: Aim High, now discontinued), Austin has turned his attention toward new subjects, including an omnipresent yet neglected topic: The Dish Ran Away With The Spoon?! English to ASL Personification.
Beth Renfro
Beth Renfro was born in Newport News, Virginia while her father was stationed in the army and grew up in New Jersey. She attended Akron University, has been married for 22 wonderful years; has six children and five grandchildren. Beth is presently enrolled at San Antonio College in their Interpreter Training Program - thus fulfilling a lifelong dream and will be graduating the Spring of 2013. Presently, she is the Vice President of the Connection Club, the Vice President of RCID and the TSID Student SIG Chair. She looks forward to working in the community and is presently employed as a Residential Service Specialist with the Methodist Mission Home.
Connie Sefcik-Kennedy
Connie Sefcik-Kennedy has been working for the Board for Evaluation of Interpreters at the Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services under the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services for 18 years. Prior to her employment with BEI, she had been at Texas School for the Deaf holding various positions. She also teaches ASL and Deaf cultures to Austin Sign Language School and several community areas for over 25 years.
Cynthia B. Roy
Cynthia Roy is professor and Ph.D. Coordinator in the Interpretation Department at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. She has been an educator and interpreter researcher for over 30 years. Her doctorate is in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University and her 1989 dissertation was published as Interpreting as a Discourse Process by Oxford University Press in 2000. Cynthia is also the series editor of the Interpreter Education series, and editor of the first three volumes about innovative practices in teaching Sign Language interpreters. Her recent publications include: as editor, Discourse in Signed Languages, Volume 17 of the Sociolinguistics of Deaf Communities series published by Gallaudet University Press in 2011; with co-author Melanie Metzger, The first three years of a three year grant: When a research plan doesn’t go as planned, in B.Nicodemus and L. Swabey (eds). Advances in Interpreting Research, published by John Benjamins in 2011; and with co-author Melanie Metzger, Sociolinguistic Studies of Signed Language Interpreting, in R. Bailey, R. Cameron, and C. Lucas (eds.) Oxford Handbook of Sociolinguistics, to be published by Oxford University Press in early 2012. Cynthia has also published articles in the RID Journal of Interpretation, Multilingua, Interpreting, and The Translator.
David-Lee Raymond
David-Lee Raymond is Jamaican and was raised in an all Deaf family. Before moving to America, he worked for the Jamaica Association for the Deaf in several capacities: as an instructor in the Youth Theatre Workshop, an innovative project combining drama and literacy instruction for Deaf teens and as a high school Deaf Culture Facilitator focusing his efforts on relay interpreting and small group instruction. David-Lee received his Associate of Science in Drafting and Design Technology and his Associate of Arts degrees from Edison College in Southwest Florida. While working as a computer technician performing drafting for a luxury homebuilder, he also taught community classes in American Sign Language. He currently lives in San Antonio, Texas and is pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Communication at the University of Texas – San Antonio. Concurrent with his studies, David-Lee has been employed at San Antonio College working in the American Sign Language and Interpreter Training Program and is currently employed as an ASL Language Mentor for Sorenson Communications in the Professional Development Department.
Dawn Duran
B.S., NIC Advanced, Utah State Professional Certified Interpreter; Dawn Duran earned her B.S. in Huoman Development from Brigham Young University. Years as a case manager for the dually diagnosed offer her insights inot the special needs of working with survivors. She is a freelance interpreter and adjunct faculty at Utah Valley University, UTRID President, and manges her own business, Lighthouse Interpreting and Training. She has provided local and regional seminars in the aarea of interpretign for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. The support of Sego Lily Center for the Abused Deaf and personal experience made this her passion.
Deborah Martinez
Deborah graduated and began working as an interpreter in 1994 earning her Associate's degree at a community college. Inspired to seek greater knowledge she continued her education obtaining a Bachelor's in Human Services and eventually received a Master’s in Public Administration in 2002. She is currently enrolled in the University of Northern Colorado’s Legal Interpreter Training program and is expected to finish in May 2013. Deborah became MA state screened in 1994 and currently holds RID CI/CT, NIC: Advanced and TX BEI Master and CIC certifications. Deborah’s knowledge of systems, her passion for learning, and her sense of duty to give back has led to her to seek community involvement in local RID chapters since 1992. Deborah is currently the Vice President of the North Central Texas Interpreters for the Deaf.
Denise Campbell
Denise Campbell is a proud native of San Antonio. She is an international traveler and speaker and shares out of her personal experiences as well as her research. Denise’s life goal is to seek opportunities to assist people in improving their lives from the inside out. She is a wife, a mother of two sons, and a mentor to many. She is currently employed as a post-secondary and community interpreter.
Doug Dittfurth
Doug Dittfurth, BSFA/MEd, currently works with Texas' Health and Human Services Commission's, Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services/Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services in Austin as the Outreach Development Specialist after 35+ years in the field of deafness. He provides oversight to the DHHS Specialist Program, a network of 27 contracted service providers who work to improve access to services across the state as well as manages several special projects with other state agencies to improve services to the targeted population. He serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for the American Foundation for the Elderly Deaf, which has as its main project, LaVista Retirement Center for the Deaf in San Marcos, Texas. He holds Texas BEI Level III and CIC interpreter certifications. He is the 2011 recipient of ADARA’s Boyce R. Williams award in recognition of his contributions towards the rehabilitation of and services to persons who are deaf/hard of hearing.
Eileen Forestal
Ph.D, RSC, RID CDI; Eileen Forestal, PhD, RSC, has been Coordinator and Professor of ASL/Deaf Studies and ASL-English Interpreting Programs at Union County College in New Jersey for 33 years. She holds a Ph.D. specializing in Post-secondary Education and Adult learning. She has been a Certified Deaf Interpreter with RID since 1979. A nationwide trainer on ASL, Deaf Interpreters, and interpreting topics, Eileen is a member of the National Consortium of Interpreter Education Center's Deaf Interpreters Work Team. She is also a published author of articles and research on interpreting, and co-wrote and co-directed a DVD production, Deaf Interpreting: Team Strategies; through Gallaudet University.
Fallon Brizendine
M.A, CDI; Fallon is the fourth generation in her family to be born Deaf. Not ony has she utilized interpreters her entire life, but she holds a Masters in Interpretation from Gallaudet University; one fo the few Deaf interpreters to hold this degree. Fallon has been interpreting in post-secondary, legal, medical, mental health and educational settings. Aside from working as a freelance Certified Deaf Interpreter, she also teaches interpretation courses and she is the coordinator of the Interpreting Internship program at St. Petersburg College in Clearwater, Florida. She has also provided numerous workshops on interpreting topics. She can be seen on multiple ASL DVDs and websites, most notably DeafMD.org where she is the primary translator of medical text to ASL. Fallon has extensive ties to the Deaf community, attending or working at multiple international deaf events including DPN, Deaf Way, WFD conferences, NAD conferences, Deaflympics and more. A die hard Washington Redskins football fan, Fallon hopes to one day score the game winning touchdown in the Super Bowl.
Flavia Navarrete
Flavia Navarrete is a translator, interpreter, trainer and curriculum designer with more than 7 years of progressive experience in the field of translation and interpretation. Flavia earned degrees in both Accountancy and English from the University of Chihuahua, Mexico and an ESL certificate from Brigham Young University. Flavia provides language training and curriculum design for companies that offer private and group classes to professionals who need to communication in Spanish; such as Sorenson. As a professional translator, she has been responsible for developing and offering language consulting services to executives and managers with a need to conduct business in Spanish-speaking countries, and for public sector agencies, organization, association, and service providers with Hispanic membership or clientele. She is currently working toward achieving an Associates Degree from ASLIT program at the San Antonio College, to become a Trilingual Interpreter ASL-Spanish-English.
Jo Westbury
Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Jo attended an Interpreter Training Program in 2004. Her interests became focused on mental health and vocational rehabilitation. Working with DARS DHHS she established and operated a successful Community Rehabilitation Program providing services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing populations. 2008 marked a change in her life with a move to Houston becoming a sign language interpreter. After becoming active with Greater Houston Interpreters for the Deaf she has discovered a passion for working towards competent practices and was elected and currently serves as Professional Development Committee Chair. She is secretary for Greater Houston Deaf Connections and is active in the Deaf community organizing events which educate and empower the community. Fueled by the exchange of ideas, opinions, and information concerning interpreting she expanded her passion statewide to represent Texas Society of Interpreters for the Deaf as the Forums Committee Chair. At the national level she is a volunteer for Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf as the Affiliate Chapters Relations Committee Rep. Her experience includes educational, community, VRS, and medical interpreting. She holds both Texas BEI and RID NIC certification.
Kelly King
Kelly King received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Texas in 1988. She holds a Texas BEI Level III Interpreting Certificate and RID's NIC certification, and has more than fifteen years of interpreting experience. Kelly has worked in a variety of interpreting settings in the community, theatre and video relay, and taught interpreting class for Tarrant County. For the last ten years, Kelly has been a mentor for interpreting students and novice interpreters.
Keri Wilson
M.S.; Keri Wilson received her Masters of Science in Deaf Studies/Deaf Education from Lamar University. She researched Finger spelling sources for her thesis; "Beliefs of American Sign Language Teachers in Texas: Finger spelling Tools and Uses". Wilson visited some colleges to give a presentation about Finger spelling Tools and Uses. Currently, she teaches Finger spelling at Lone Star Collge - North Harris and some ASL courses at Houston Community College. She served as a member of the Greater Houston Interpreter for the Deaf board from 2010 to 2012. Also, she is secretary for the Greater Houston American Sign Language Teachers Association.
Khadijat Rashid
"Kubby" Rashid has been a member of the Gallaudet faculty since 1994, including a stint as Chair of the Department of Business. She was the first coordinator of the Bernstein Leadership Institute's Deaf Women's Leadership Program, and implemented the program and curriculum that form the core of the DWLP today. In 2008, she was appointed by Governor Martin O'Malley to a six-year term on the Board of the Maryland School for the Deaf and also serves as a Board member of Discovering Deaf Worlds, an NGO dedicated to helping deaf people in developing countries. She has worked with many interpreters over the years and co-wrote a book chapter on deaf professionals and designated interpreters with Poorna Kushalnagar, another presenter in this program.
Kristie Casanova de Canales
Kristie Casanova de Canales, B.S., CI/CT/NIC, Texas Trilingual Advanced, is a trilingual interpreter currently living and working in Ohio. She has experience working in video relay service and video remote interpreting settings. She has also been involved in state, national, and international conferences as both a trilingual interpreter and a presenter on the specialization. She founded an online resource group, the International Network of Trilingual Interpreters, in late 2006. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Applied Linguistics at the University of Massachusetts Boston and hopes the knowledge gained will enable her to continue to make positive contributions to the field of Spanish/English/ASL interpreting.
Lauri Metcalf
Lauri Metcalf is the chair of the American Sign Language and Interpreter Training at San Antonio College. Before coming to San Antonio, Lauri taught at the University of Denver, Metropolitan State University, Texas Womans University and DeKalb College. She was a member of the Texas Board for Evaluation of Interpreters from 1995 to 2007 and served as Chairperson for 11 years. She has been a member of the panel of experts working with the University of Arizona regarding the test development and the certification of interpreters in Texas. Lauri has traveled throughout Texas and many other states presenting workshops and training for Interpreters.
Leyel Hudson
NIC, BEI Advanced; Leyel Hudson is the full-time professor of Interpreter Training at Lone Star College - CyFair near Houston. Leyel enjoys interpreting in a multitude of settings but has a passion for interpreting in religious settings as she became a Christian at age 19 throught a Deaf ministry. Leyel currently interprets in the community as well as interpreting for Sorenson Commuications. She is BEI Advanced asnd NIC certified. She now presents worshops on a variety of topics and greatly enjoys teaching college classes.
Lori Breslow
Lori Breslow is the director of DARS – Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. She has worked in the deaf and hard of hearing arena for 30+ years in various roles in the state, nonprofit, and corporate settings. She has a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from University of Arizona. Prior to working at DARS, she worked as the director for the Austin Sorenson center and as the director for CSD of Texas. Lori has worked intensively with interpreters and looks forward to networking during the TSID conference.
Lynne Wiesman
Lynne, founder of Signs of Development, a professioinal development organization specializing in mentoring, CEU WWWorkshops, and self-analysis tools and processes. Lynne is currently a Professor in Austin Community Colleg's ASL & Interpreter Training program, a freelance interpreter and teaches business classes for DeVry University. Previously, Lynne developed and administered the Troy University bachelor's IPP online & on-campus and continues to teach as an adjunct. Having previously taught in the Master Mentor Program, she has extensive experience in developing Mentor Trainers and sustainable mentoring projects & relationships. She holds an MBA and is A.B.D. working toward her PH.D. in Training & Performance improvement.
Matt Marquis
Certified RID & ESSE; B.A. in Social Science from Chapman University. A native of Southern California, Matt has been an educational freelance and video relay interpreter for more than 15 years. He is also the founder of the Inland Empire Interpreting Conference with Windell "Wink" Smith. He holds certification from RID & ESSE, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Social Science from Chapman University and Vocation Education Teaching Credential from California State University, San Bernardino. Matt has taught ASL/Interpreting in Riverside, CA and presented ASL linguistic seminars at University of California, San Diego. He has served as lead interpreter for two separate school districts, working with and mentoring pre-certified educational intepreters. Matt is a veteran of Keith Wann's ASL Comedy Tour. He also works as a mobile DJ. He has recently been interpreting for some of the biggest names in rap, alternative and heavy metal music. Matt is married to an extremely talented wife and a father of two unnecessarily adorable children.
Mike McMillion
Mike McMillion is a seasoned Sign Language Interpreter and Consultant. He is employed full time as a Video Relay Interpreter. He holds a CI and CT, NIC-Master from RID and Texas level IV and TX Court/Mentor certification. He has a long background in K-12 Educational Interpreting and has taught Deaf Education at the HS level and specialty interpreting topics as a college adjunct instructor. He is a member of the Conference of Interpreter Trainers, National Association of Judicial Interpreters and Translators and sits as an active member on the Ethics Committee for the International Medical Interpreters Association. He is a Mentor Trainer (TSID Fran Herrington-Borre Mentoring Project) and, as an EMT, is occasionally involved with Search and Rescue and "Cold Case" investigations. Mike enjoys travel and has presented Interpreter trainings internationally.
Molly Sheridan
Certified since 1985, Molly´s passion for interpreting developed during her post-secondary years and subsequent experiences teaching deaf adolescents and training interpreters at San Antonio College where a mentoring seed was planted. An acquired passion for Spanish coupled with Mano a Mano’s encouraging support and a renewed desire to actively participate and serve in a variety of professional and personal collaborative efforts have contributed to experiencing a reawakening of a core principle: life is service and service is joy. Molly looks forward to the privilege of presenting at TSID’s Conference to pass on what she has learned from numerous practitioners.
Nancy Thomas
Nancy Thomas, TSID Treasurer, has been a freelance interpreter for several decades. Currently most of her work is in higher education and corporate America. Certified both state and nationally, she has interpreting experience at the local, state, national and international level. Work is not everything; she is also a cattle rancher, beekeeper and is active in her church.
Paula Gajewski Mickelson
M.A., B.A., CI/CT, NIC Advanced; Paula Gajewski has been in the interpreting field for over 28 years. She holds degrees in Education Interpreting, Human Services Administration/Human Resource Development, and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership with a graduate certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Paula is the current chair of the ASL & Interpreting Department at St. Catherine University in St. paul, MN. Paula has published several articles on conflict and dispute resolution in interpreting and has presented workshops on ethics and decision making, educational interpreting, conflict management and resolution, mentoring and professional development planning.
Poorna Kushalnagar
Poorna Kushalnagar received her M.A. with focus in Child Clinical Neuropsychology and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Houston. She is a Research Fellow at the Department of Community and Preventive Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Through collaboration with the Cognitive Development lab at the University of Houston, she uses eye tracking and head-camera techniques to explore attentional learning in deaf infants and young children. She has published book chapters and papers on a variety of topics, including attention and bilingualism, and has done numerous workshops for the interpreter community.
Quincy Craft Faber
B.A., NIC Master; Quincy Craft Faber has been interpreting for three years. She works full time as a freelance interpreter in Minneopolis/St. Paul, MN. Quincy works primarily in medical settings but also does a variety of post-secondary, business and VRS work. She graduated in 2009 from St. Catherine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in ASL/Interpreting. As a student, she collaborated with Paula Gajewski Mickelson to research how interpreter education programs teach ethical decision-making competencies to interpreting students. Currently, Quincy is passionate about menoring interpreting students in order to assist them in transtioning from school to professional life.
Rafael Treviño
Rafael Treviño, NIC Advanced, lives and works in Miami, Florida, as a freelance interpreter and translator. He received his A.S. in Sign Language Interpreting from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida; his B.A. in Spanish and a Certificate in Legal Translation and interpreting from Florida International University in Miami; and is currently pursuing his M.A. in Spanish Translation and Interpreting from the University of Texas at Brownsville. He is the Translation Department Coordinator for the World Association of Sign language Interpreters (WASI) and also works as a consultant on trilingual interpreting. He gives back to his local community, the City of Miami Beach by serving on the City’s Human Rights Committee.
Randi Turner
Randi Turner serves as the Communications Access Specialist at the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services - Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. She works with agencies and service providers regarding their obligations under disability civil rights laws, provides training to empower people who are deaf or hard of hearing with knowledge of their civil rights, and provides training for parents of children with hearing loss regarding their rights in the special education system. Randi holds a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences from Texas State University, RID CI/CT and DARS-DHHS “Advanced” interpreter certification.
Sharon Grigsby Hill
MBA, B.A., BEI Master, BEI IV; Sharon Grigsby Hill is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston in ASL Interpreting Program. She has been a freelance sign language interpreter for 16 years and her specialty is interpreting in high-stakes settings such as platform/lecture events, post secondary education, mental health faciities, and drug & alcohol rehabilitation. She graduated from Housont Community College's ITP, after which she obtained a Bachelor's degree from UH-Victorita and an MBA from Texas Women's University. She holds a Texas BEI IV and Master's level certification and currently serves on the BEI Advisory Board.
Shelby Harchar
Shelby Harchar graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Sign Language Interpretation. She began her career as a part of the SLA (Sign Language Associates) team in Washington, D.C., where she earned her National Interpreter Certification. Shelby also completed the Street Yoga Teacher Training Program during that time. She enjoys embarking on new professional adventures, including collaborating on domesteic and international assignments. She now resides in Austin, TX and can be found working in the community at the Austin Animal Center, serving as Vice-president of Austin Interpreters for the Deaf (AID), and canoeing on the water in the state's capital city.

Tamar Jackson
Ph.D Candidate, M.A., CI/CT, NIC Master; Tamar is a student in the Gallaudet Universtiy's Ph. D Interpretation program (combined track of pedagogy and research). Tamar enjoys and values presenting to promote growth, development and respect of the interpreting profession. Workshop topics she has presented on include fingerspelling, processing time, medical interpreting and others. She and her partner have conducted research within the GLBTQI Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities and are presenting the results of this research at various venues. Tamar has worked as a certified community interpreter, mentor, ER on-call manager & interpreter, VRI & VRS interpreter on both coasts.
Tara Potterveld
M.A., B.A., RID CI/CT, SC:L; Tara Potterveld is the author of Law Enforcement Interpreting for Deaf persons, a manual and study guide published in 2012 by RID Press. She holds a B.A. in Linquistics of ASL and a M.A. from California State University at Northridge. Tara completed an 18-month certification prgram, interpreting in the American legal System and has taken college courses in Criminal Justice. Tara has interpreted extensively for Deaf juveniles for police interviews, adjudication hearings, and in juvenile detention centers. She has interpreted homicide, rape, sexual assault, narcotics possession cases, inmate therapy, Miranda warnings, interrogations, and witness statements.
Terri Hedding
Certified Deaf Interpreter (CDI); Terri Hedding is the Manager of Deaf Access Program at Sinai Health System where she is responsiblie for day-to-day Management of interpreters and healthcare access to serve Deaf and hard of hearing patients. She also provides health education for the Deaf community. Prior to her current job, she worked in Department of Human Services/Office of Mental Health as a Statewide coordinator of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services where she ensured that the delivery of mental health services to people who are deaf or hard of hearing met high standards of quality and accessibility. Her work experience imcludes councling, case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy. She received her master's degree in mental health counseling from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC in 1993. She became a certified deaf interpreter (CDI) in December 2009.
Toby Welch
M.A., B.S.; Toby Welch has been deaf since birth. He is a native user of American Sign Language. He was a pastor to the Deaf Baptist Church in Austin, TX for 3 years. He moved to Houston eight years ago to pursue college study. He is currently the Lead Faculty at Lone Star College - CyFair for ASL and Interpreter Training. He graduated from Lamar University obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Eduation Teacher Certification as well as a Master's Degree in Deaf Education and Deaf Studies. Toby is the pastor for the Deaf group at Southwest Presbyterian Church in Bellaire. He also posts educational blogs on youtube relating to a variety of subjects on ASL ansd Christianity.
Windy Rossi
Windy Rossi holds an Associates Degree in Sign Language Interpreting from Tarrant County College. She divides her time working in the community, video relay and local community colleges and universities. She is BEI and RID certified. She is also an active member of RID, TSID and NCTRID.
