Refunds

Requests must be made in writing and sent to the P.O. Box, postmarked by May 31, 2013. A 10% administration fee and food cost fee will be assessed on ALL refunds. No refund requests will be accepted by e-mail. No refunds will be given for missed or full workshops; make sure you arrive early to claim your seat. Only requests due to medical emergencies with supporting documentation will be accepted after the refund deadline. No refund requests accepted after July 22, 2013.
