Idiosyncratic Due Process

What does it mean?  What skills do we bring to the legal table to ensure that Due Process is certainly occurring?   Within the court system, what is the difference between arraignment, pre-trial, prelims, and trial?   What is the difference in focus between Civil and Criminal?  What are motions? What is discovery?

How important is the Department of Justice for the Deaf Community.  What role do they play in the Deaf receiving services at Hospitals?         (other than lack of certification)Which situation can cause an interpreter to be “inappropriate” for a legal assignment?   “We are no longer under the old-school practices”.
