Continuously involved in TSID for 9 years, Kelly Yarbrough has developed a sharp understanding of how TSID supports the profession of sign language interpreters and understands the intersection of interpreters with the public vocational rehabilitation program (VR).  With almost three decades of experience working with people who are deaf and others with disabilities, Kelly has established professional networks with agencies and organizations.

Kelly maintains her Texas Interpreter Certification and her Certification in Rehabilitation Counseling . She currently enjoys her job as a Regional Program Specialist for the DARS Division of Rehabilitation Services Region 3 working to achieve successful rehabilitation outcomes.
