Heather M Hughes is the Executive Director of the Deaf Action Center in Dallas, TX. She has over 11 years of experience working within the deaf and hard of hearing communities in Texas. Growing up deaf she brings her personal experience, education, and her management skills to share with the TSID conference participants. Her goal is to educate, inform, and inspire those who serve the deaf and hard of hearing community.
