Ann Horn
BEI Level III-i, MS-Deaf Education/Deaf Studies
Ann Horn is Direct Services Program Specialist at Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services under DARS, a state agency for 22 years. She works with various projects: interpreting services, senior citizens, continuing education units, Camp SIGN, sensitivity training, ADA Training, Effective Communication for Emergency Preparedness and Deaf Self-Advocacy Training. She did providing Cultural Awareness, Deaf Interpreter, ASL and Deaf-Blind Interpreting workshops. She is also adjunct professor at Austin Community College teaching American Sign Language classes. She is currently in a doctoral program at Lamar University.
