Presenter

Professor Candace Sexton-Ruiz is an Associate Professor of ASL at Lone Star College: North Harris.  She graduated from Illinois School for the Deaf and Gallaudet University in 1992.  She obtained her Master of Arts in Bilingual and Bicultural Studies from University of Texas at San Antonio in 1999.  She is certified as a Deaf Interpreter in the State of Illinois.
