Lucy James, TX BEI Master & CIC, RID CI, is the Program Director for the ASL & Interpreting Program at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi. In addition to teaching future interpreters, she works, as time allows, as a community and VRS interpreter. She began her interpreting career as a church interpreter, and continues to view that as one of her most important interpreting venues.
