1. I am a member of TSID, where is my discount?
   1. You will need to apply your membership coupon during checkout. To find your membership coupon; log onto www.tsid.org/coupon.
2. How do I view the workshop?
   1. Once you have paid; email(s) will be sent with a ZOOM link to the workshop. ** You will need to download ZOOM ahead of time **
3. How will CEUs be collected?
   1. TSID Support Staff will monitor the list of participants throughout each workshop and update your transcript accordingly. Please give 72 hours for the transcript to be refreshed.
4. Where can I view my CEU Transcript?
   1. Your transcript can be found on https://ceu.tsid.org/.
