TSID’S RESTRUCTURE COMMITTEE (RSC) UPDATE
The RSC will report their findings and recommendations regarding a TSID restructure. This sessions will prepare members for the 2021 Annual Business Meeting when this important topic will be voted on. The session will be provided in ASL.
Review Survey Results
To prepare, please review the results of the RSC survey. Survey participants included: TSID members, RID members whose email is available at the RID website, BEI interpreters, and ITP students. The results of that survey in ASL can be found at https://youtu.be/XgjrkdzMWgA. If you’d like a transcription, emailrestructuring@tsid.org, or text or call the RSC Chair, Randi Turner, at 512-567-2634. The RSC meetings will focus on:
- organizational change recommendations,
- suggested constitution and bylaw changes,
- suggested officer and committee changes,
- new membership benefits,
- fiscal impact, and
- a strategic plan to implement the restructure.
