Entertainment: Kent Kennedy
Kent Kennedy is a loyal Texas native who attended Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute for the Deaf in New York, and currently resides in Austin. He is married to a native Austinite, Connie. Kent is the proud father of two beautiful deaf daughters and a graddaughter. He has tutored and taught ASL at several places for Austin Sign Language School and Texas Education Agency - Communication Skills Workshop. He has worked closely with Interpreters for almost eleven years. He was involved in the Deaf community as vice president and then president of National Association of the Deaf. He always enjoys being a stand-up comedian and loves to tease people and even his own family.
