Holly Warren-Norman, B.S., IC/TC, EIPA Ed. K-12, Texas BEI Master, retired after fifteen years as an interpreter consultant for Region XIII Education Service Center in Austin, Texas in 2010. Since “retiring” she has taught classes, presented workshops and interpreted some in the community. Ms. Warren-Norman was a board member for the Texas Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) for four years during the development of the new TX BEI tests and continues to be part of the panel of experts. She has been an interpreter, educator & consultant 35+ years.
