Randi Turner is the Communication Access Specialist with the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) - Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. She works with the Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) regarding court interpreter training initiatives, coordinates and provides advocacy training, and a number of interpreter training’s for the agency.

Turner holds a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences from Texas State University in San Marcos, Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf Certificate of Interpreting /Certificate of Transliteration and Texas Interpreter Certification “Advanced”.
