RID...AMA... NCIHC...CATIE... All of these have guidelines that all interpreters who work in medical settings should be made aware. Geared toward all levels of participants, this three-hour session will begin with a discussion of various guiding principles that interpreters need to recognize in medical settings and end with small and large group discussions of various ethical conundrums that may face interpreters who wish to work in the dynamic field of medical interpreting.
