The 5th Parameter
Do you feel something is missing in your interpreting skills? Chances are it’s the 5th parameter in ASL. Do you know where to find adjectives or adverbs in ASL? How about expressing intonation in ASL? This workshop will help you better understand ASL and apply it to the English language. Upon completion of this workshop you will start seeing things in the paralinguistic features like never before. This is a must for those who work with Deaf children or Deaf adults who utilize ASL.
*Note: This is a six hour workshop. While it is recommended you attend both parts, CEUs will be awarded independently. You do not have to attend both sessions to earn CEUs.
