Student Conference - Introduction to Sight Translation

As a student you have probably struggled with your sign translation skills in ASL. Sight translation is the process of translating a printed text in English into ASL, which poses several challenges in this task. This workshop will provide a general understanding of how to apply sight translation techniques such as figurative language, lexical meanings, rules of ASL grammar and articulation.
