What the...? What just happened (and how do I fix it)?

Holy moly.  The cops are coming.  Holy moly.  That Hearing person is MAD!   Holy moly.  I don’t understand my consumer. 

Problems come up every day in our profession.  How we go about solving these problems and applying the RID Code of Professional Conduct (CPC) is often an intricate dance between a Hearing consumer, a Deaf consumer, and the role of the professional interpreter.  Using the CPCs, we will examine different scenarios and make suggestions and recommendations on how to best navigate the treacherous waters of our day to day professional lives, while making sure all of our consumers are satisfied with the outcome.
