Social Media Postings: Are You Capping Your Well?

At the 2013 TSID 50th anniversary, annual conference, the aspects of social media postings in regards to interpreting work performed was discussed by the DARS legal counsel working with and supporting the Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS). This audience participatory session will take a deeper deaf and hearing look by listing recommendations on dealing with the impacts of posts in general, of questionable posts with recommendations of dealing with them while pairing all discussions and recommendations to our CPC (Code of Professional Conduct).  Facebook, Twitter, Blogs and Vlogs will all be considered in the social media “mix” - make this a member-driven session by joining Heather and Doug.
